Replaced a WhatsApp-and-spreadsheet dispatch process with a booking portal that assigns loads, tracks documents and settles driver payouts weekly.

- OutcomePayout cycle cut from 11 days to 2
The problem
Dispatch ran on four WhatsApp groups and a shared spreadsheet. Loads were double-assigned several times a week, and driver payouts took eleven days to reconcile because proof-of-delivery photos lived in someone's phone.
What we built
A portal with three roles: dispatcher, driver and finance. Dispatchers post loads; drivers claim them from a phone; proof of delivery uploads against the load record. Finance sees a payout run that reconciles itself.
The result
Payout reconciliation dropped from eleven days to two. Double assignment stopped entirely, because the claim is a database transaction rather than a message someone has to read.
