How we work
We started in 2016 doing rescue work on applications other agencies had abandoned. That shaped how we build now: small surface area, conventional tools, documentation written while the decision is still fresh.
Fixed scope, fixed price
Every project starts with a paid discovery week. You get a written scope, a data model and a clickable prototype, and you own all three whether or not you continue with us. The build is then quoted as a fixed band, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Two-week blocks
Work ships in two-week blocks, each ending with a staging URL you can click through. If priorities change, they change at a block boundary rather than mid-flight.
Handover, not hostage
The repository lives in an organisation you own. Credentials are documented with a named owner. We restore a backup onto a scratch server before launch, so the recovery process has been done once by a human rather than assumed.
